The voting process on the amendment proposals on the clauses of the Revised Bill of new constitution is continued in the Constituent Assembly meeting. CA had endorsed 176 of the 302 articles on Tuesday. The Constituent Assembly today passed the special program for the promulgation of the new constitution at 5:00pm on September 20. The Constituent Assembly is continuing the voting process and just 21 articles of the new constitution are left to endorse, as of 4:30 pm on Wednesday. The CA meeting was also adjourned for half an hour. The Voting process is very likely to complete today. The voting process was continued from since three days. Around 281 of 302 articles have been endorsed. President Ram Baran Yadav will announce the new constitution on 3rd of Asoj after all of the lawmakers signed in the constitution. Prime Minister Sushil Koirala said that the political parties are still working in holding talks with the agitating parties. Talking to the reporters after meeting with the artists, the Prime Minister Sushil Koiral accepted that the changes are certain in the democratic process. He too said that the demands of every communal groups would be incorporated at his best in the new constitution
